All orders paid with Visa or MasterCard can ONLY be shipped to the billing address of the credit card. ALLECOTEC.COM will NOT ship to any other locations. If you would like your item's to be shipped to a different location you will have to pay for the item in a different way (see below). Since ALLECOTEC.COM uses UPS as the default shipping company we can only ship to a real street address. UPS cannot deliver to any PO Box's or any APO's. If your billing address to your credit card is to a PO Box then you will need to contact your credit card issuing company and give them your shipping address so they have it on file. If your billing address does not match when we run your credit card we will contact you so you can pay for the items with a different payment option.

Shipping Charges:

ALLECOTEC.COM will not charge any shipping and handling fees for your order. All items shipped within the lower 48 states will be shipped FREE via UPS ground. If you would like your order to be shipped via 3rd day air, 2nd day air or overnight please contact us so we can quote you a shipping price.

International Orders:

If you are located outside of the lower 48 states please contact ALLECOTEC.COM via e mail or the telephone for your shipping quote. ALLECOTEC.COM can ship via UPS, or USPS Express Mail. Please note that all international orders are subject to brokerage fees, customs fees, duties, tax and or any other fees which you might encounter by crossing the border. The customer will be responsible for any of these fees if encountered.

Tracking Information:

If for any reason you would like a tracking number for your order please feel free to contact us via e mail or telephone with the following information and we would be more then happy to give you the tracking number if the item's have shipped out to you already.

Shipment Time For UPS Shipments:

Once an item has been shipped out our warehouse via UPS ground it will take anywhere from 1-5 business days to reach to you all varying on your location. Here is a map of the UPS transit times from our location.
